Eric has over 30
year’s business
development
experience at senior
manager and Director
level and has owned
and had P&L
responsibility for
businesses in the
Energy, Technology
and
Telecommunications
sectors. In
addition, he has
been responsible for
the implementation
of successful
corporate
development
programmes for UK,
US and European
start-up and early
stage companies.
One of Eric’s
particular area of
interest is helping
organisations create
wealth by better
understanding how
their internal
processes can
improve their
relationships with
their customers.
Eric’s client’s
range from start up
companies across a
range of sectors,
from recruitment
consultancies,
through to telecoms,
IT and software. He
has also advised
leading UK companies
involved in
aerospace, banking
and finance and a
major UK examination
board.
Eric is regularly
called upon to carry
out health checks
for businesses
across Europe. He
has also acted as
advisor to
entrepreneurial
companies seeking to
develop their
businesses in the UK
and overseas through
direct sales and
channel partner
programmes.
Eric is a Fellow
of the Royal Society
of Arts; a member of
the Institute of
Directors, the
Chartered Management
Institute and of the
Business Process
