John Brown works with Allied Powers on all financial matters and due diligence work.

 

In many investments, when raising new finance, it helps to provide a report on the affairs of the Company in a comprehensive form without having to spend significant management time.

 

This helps to minimise the disruption to the business and keep the management focus at what is usually an intense time.

We provide a due diligence report for investors to a level where only minimal further information is needed to fund the enterprise.

 

John has worked with Allied since leaving IBM following the successful sale of ISL Integrated Services to IBM in 1996.

John helped to sell ElectricMail to Kewill providing the financial information and assistance on the transaction, more recently John worked with Nexus Electronics on their successful transaction.

 

John completed the due diligence used for the further funding of Telemedia and for the acquisition by NetConnect of UUNET’s training business, and is currently working on several due diligence projects.

 

Recently John has helped with several of the transactions including John A Fransen and Ascot Drummond.
